RSS feeds

okay this took me while but you go template, add a page element, click on feeds, then go back to the site with the feed you want, click on the RSS symbol and copy the address given into where it askes for the url but make sure you change the feed component in the url to http, then click save and even though it doesnt say it has saved, it has which i found out the hard way by adding several of the same rss feeds to my blog :P i hope i can understand this when i forget!
